Seller did not deliver anything but marked order complete. Seller refused to cancel. He effectively stole money from me. Seller is a thief, avoid at all costs!!!! WARNING!!!!!

This seller place an order without even asking me. After when i asked him to give me the requirements and logins then he said me i cant give you logins of my site, Because it has some content that i dont want to share with others, so you have to make changes outside or without take my logins.. How can someone in Squarespace make change without site credentials..and then he cancelled the order because he dont want to give me his logins. That's something ridiculous
