I will create any website and CSS you desire, as long as you supply a logo, and pictures to go with it. I can do my best to make sure the design is fit for you. Mobile Devices might be an issue, but I'll do my best to cover it on all ends. This is NOT a development gig. Please note, I will make a website in html or php depending on the user's choice, but I will not add any sort of functionality that requires scripts such as javascript, login pages, accounts, stores, etc.
