I like the final product okay, but a big downside was the difficulties in communication. I don't know if English was their first language or not, but they just didn't appear to be able to really understand the revisions I wanted and didn't really go through the files I sent them for reference when I placed the order. If English wasn't the barrier then I have to say they were lazy. Either way, not as pleasant an experience as some I've had on this site.
